Welcome to the new home of the Macgee Cloth Company. I’m excited to share with you my love of the tradition, craft and beauty of making heirloom blankets on antique shuttle looms. I hope I can spark the same enthusiasm among some of you and, of course, I hope some of you are so inspired you even buy a blanket!

Please keep returning to this blog space where in the coming weeks and months I’ll be posting text and videos about our entire process at Macgee, demonstrating the entire weaving process from the skeins on our creel right through to the finished blanket.
