Azure and Fern Leaf Lambswool Throw

A soft and light lambswool throw ideal for the warming Spring season.

Azure (a soft blue) lambswool warp and fern leaf green weft, woven with lambswool from Gledhill Spinners.

This blanket is woven with two as one untwisted 24 skein yarn, which makes a light,  tightly woven blanket with a very nice, soft handle.

Woven on an antique shuttle looms, featuring a hand cut fringe and flat selvedge edge, labelled with a Macgee Cloth tag sewn on by hand.

Our blankets are photographed in natural light. The natural fibres of the wool transform in different levels of brightness, reflected in the photos below.
