Lavender Fine Merino Lambswool

This blanket is woven from fine Merino Lambswool by Hinchliffe and Sons Spinners, 1766, Yorkshire UK.  It is a light Lavender lambswool weft woven across its own coloured  warp to create a rich lavender tone.  It is soft but substanial at 9.5 skein yarn.
